Canceling an Order

We understand that sometimes things can change after placing an order, and you may need to cancel it. To make this process easier for you, we offer the option to cancel any order before it ships from My Orders. However, it’s important to keep in mind that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment.

If you do miss the cancellation window, don’t worry. You can still set up a return or exchange in advance, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please keep in mind that there may be return shipping costs associated with this process, which will be deducted from your refund. It is always best to review the return policy of the particular item you purchased to ensure that you are aware of any additional fees or restrictions that may apply.

Canceling a Return

If you’ve already submitted a return request but have changed your mind, don’t worry. Simply get in touch with our customer service team to request a cancellation. You can leave us an order message from the “My Orders” section of your account or start a live chat with our support team.

Canceling an Email Subscription

If you no longer wish to receive our promotional emails, we have made it easy for you to unsubscribe or receive fewer of them. Simply go to the “Email Subscriptions” section on the “My Account” page, where you will have the option to “Unsubscribe from all”. If you can’t find this option, it means you are not subscribed to our promotional emails.

Please note that you must be signed into your Patiomall account to make changes to your email subscription preferences. Any changes made may take up to 48 hours to be applied.

However, we will continue to send you important emails related to your orders, such as shipping, delivery, and order information, regardless of your email subscription status.
