At Patiomall, we are pleased to offer free shipping for most orders (except for Artificial grass). Furniture orders over $50 automatically qualify for free shipping.

At Patiomall, we accept gift cards (with PIN), American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and PayPal. We don’t accept checks for any order type.

Delivery dates vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping option you select at checkout. Normally, free-shipping order is expected to be delivered in 7~12 days.

To check your order status, simply log in to your account and go to the Orders section of the My Account page.

If you don’t have an account with us yet, you can still track your order status by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your order number and email address, which you can find in the order confirmation email we sent you.

Visit orders section to manage, cancel or adjust your order, or contact us.

If you do not receive the order confirmation message within a few minutes of your purchase, please check your junk or spam email folder just in case the information was delivered there instead of your inbox. If your confirmation didn’t arrive to either place, please contact us for help.
