Received the Wrong Items

In the event that you receive an item that you did not order, don’t worry – we’ll make it right. We offer a free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Simply request an exchange in the “My Order” section of your account.

Wrong Item Policy

To qualify for a resolution, you must inform us of the wrong item received within 30 days of the delivery date. We offer multiple solutions to rectify the issue. To help us resolve the issue, we may require a photo and/or the return of the original item. If you are instructed to return the original item and we do not receive it at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a replacement unit. Please note that we cannot provide service for any wrong item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
