What situations can I get a refund?

At Patiomall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Return products: If you return a product within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging, and meet the other conditions outlined in our Return Policy, you may receive a refund minus return shipping costs.
  • Refund on price gap for exchange: If you exchange a product for a different one that has a lower price, you may receive a refund for the price difference. If the new product has a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Make up for missing products, defective items: If your order is missing products, or if you receive defective items, we may offer a refund or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

  • For store credit and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 1 business day once we’ve approved your cancellation request or received notification that you have returned your item(s).
  • For credit card refunds, most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your request and issue your refund.
