Return Policy
At Homeselecting, we strive to ensure that every item you purchase is the perfect match for your outdoor spaces. If you find that the item you received is not the right fit, you can submit a return request, and we’ll help you through the process with ease. Our customer service team will be happy to help you pick out the perfect replacement furniture for your outdoor space or refund your money.
Most items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply and all returned products must be in its original condition and packaging in order to be accepted. Please note that all returns must be approved in advance and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unapproved returns will be refused and will not be credited.
There are certain items that are not eligible for return, including:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized items
- Bundled items at discounted prices, e.g. “20% off buying 3” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items that have already been assembled
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open box items.
Additionally, any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded, including the $4.99 shipping charge for orders under $50, upgraded shipping charges and assembly services included with delivery.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In such cases, we will take care of the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

Refund Options
When returning an item, you can choose to receive store credit or have the original payment method refunded. Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue the refund in 2 business days (refunds may take longer to process during peak seasons). Please be aware that for non-defective returns, any associated return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount. For more information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy page.
Modified Return Policies
Please note that some of our products and special-occasion purchases have modified return policies.
Artificial Grass Return Policy
Artificial grass can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they have not been installed and are returned in their original packaging.
Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:
- Check the box for damage
- Ensure that the product name and model number match your order confirmation
- Inspect the appliance after removing the packaging.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged one, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement. Once the appliance has been installed, it cannot be returned.
Grass Cutting Fees/Restocking Fees
When placing an order for artificial grass, which involves specifying the required dimensions for the product, the order will be tailored uniquely to those bespoke measurements. In the event that you wish to cancel your order after the artificial grass has been cut to size (cutting commences immediately after payment is received), or to return your artificial turf, we will charge a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value (excluding delivery costs) or a minimum cutting fee of $50, whichever amount is greater.
It is important to note that products packaged in boxes or retail packaging, such as underlays and adhesives, are not cut to size and thus are not subject to cutting or restocking fees.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
For items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline for returns is extended until January 31 under our extended holiday return policy.
